A faithful reproduction of the classic big band hits of Frank Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald, performed with infectious enthusiasm by the 17-piece Regent Street Big Band. Starring Lana Nesnas and Jim Zappia, “Frank & Ella” is a perfect show package for all jazz lovers, celebrating two of the most legendary performers of the 20th century, and packed with soaring ballads and toe-tapping swing!

Lana Nesnas
From sultry songstress to leading lady, Lana Nesnas has performed in mainstream theatre, film and television, including the original tour of Dirty Dancing (Aus/NZ), South Pacific (Theatre Royal) and All Saints (Channel 9). As lead vocalist, Lana has performed with many of Sydney's premier party and tribute bands including Planet Groove, Hipnosis and ABBASBACK, traversing styles with ease from classic jazz and swing to soulful blues, cabaret to powerhouse rock.
Jim Zappia
A talented, multi-lingual singer and multi-instrumentalist, Jim has been entertaining audiences all around Australia for more than two decades. Whether fronting his own band, or as backing artist, his long and varied career has seen him take part in countless festivals and events, including many in the Italian, German, Dutch and Slovenian communities. Jimmy’s smooth, melodic voice perfectly channels Sinatra’s tenderness and charm, from swing to ballad to brassy showtune!
And of course, a smattering of rousing instrumentals, fiery solos and the signature fun and antics of the Regent Street Big Band!
